Whether you are seeking support personally or professionally, this coaching journey will help you to become the creator of your life. Our coaching will start by creating a vision for where you want to be. We will collect data to understand your psychological immune system and uncover what is keeping you from reaching your full potential. We will then develop a map to drive you from where you are today to where you want to be, all while building lasting tools for strength and resilience. Coaching with Christina is not the faint of heart. We will do the hard stuff together. I will be direct and honest, and also compassionate and kind. Christina provides coaching for: - Professional who are tackling challenges in the workplace or want to enhance and harness wholesome tools for themselves and their workplace. - Individuals who exemplify a growth mindset and are ready to step up their game personally and professionally. - Women in roles of leadership that do not quite have the tools or know-how to lead others authentically. Coaching in a commitment - consider carving out 3-6 months. We will start with a 30-minute clarity call to outline your needs and goals and develop an action plan for our work together.
