Before beginning any treatment, consulting, or coaching with Christina M King, LPC you will be expected to review her disclosure statement, private practice policies, and contract agreement which can be provided to you through an online portal at request. The following are standard fees for contract services. Christina does, however, offer a sliding scale for those who are deemed an appropriate fit and are otherwise unable to seek services due to cost.
If you are unable to pay the standard fee, clients are asked to discuss this concern with Christina at the first session or at any session to which you feel you are unable to pay for services at the agreed amount.
Intake or Initial Session: $200

Christina uses Simple Practice as a portal to protect the HIPPA regulations of her clients as well as accommodate a confidential, smooth, and efficient process to access intake forms, documents, and invoices online. Upon setting up your information for a new session you will be requested to upload a credit card to ensure your appointment slot. This credit card can be used for payment going forward, but other forms of payment are acceptable: cash, venmo, or check made to: Christina M King, LPC
You are responsible for payment of services at the beginning of session, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Insurance & TRIAD
Christina will provide you with a reciept of your services, listing clinical diagnosis, payment, and dates. You may then submit to your carrier.
