Service Description

Christina has excellent skills at building rapport with clients of all backgrounds. She uses this skill to build relationships with team or family members in conflict. Conflicts are healthy, but we humans have a tendency to frown upon conflict, or fear it! Christina will help to create pathways forward to transform conflict into stronger and healthier relationships. Sessions typically include an individual session with both parties before addressing a group meeting. At times, consulting with team leads or one family member on conflict can support their goals. There is a not a one size fits all approach. Christina will set up a meeting with the individual(s) in request to consult appropriately and provide you with a plan and fee for service.
