Christina works with a select group of individuals within her psychotherapy practice. She is a trained, licensed professional counselor who anchors her practice in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment theory, Neurobiology, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion Focused Therapy. She is sought after for her ability to hold her clients accountable through trust, kindness, and strong boundaries. She uses psychoeducation to empower her clients grounding her knowledge and tools heavily on research and data. She loves generating new pathways that lead her clients to feel empowered and to have the strength to take ownership and lead their lives with authenticity and intention.
