BECOMING SECURE
A Group Coaching Experience for Women
Build secure attachment. Break old patterns. Relate with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Becoming Secure is a 6-week group experience designed for women ready to explore how attachment patterns, emotional triggers, and relationship habits shape the way they show up in the world.
This is not just about learning—it’s about practicing. Through guided reflection, weekly group coaching, partner exercises, and real-life application, you’ll begin to shift from reaction to intention, from protection to connection.
WHAT YOU'LL GAIN
A clearer understanding of your attachment style and relational patterns
Tools to regulate your nervous system and respond to conflict with confidence
Language for secure boundaries, authentic communication, and emotional safety
A deeper sense of self-trust and compassion—especially in hard moments
A supportive circle of women walking a shared path of growth and courage
“A powerful experience that gave me tools for self-worth, deeper connection, and the courage to show up with more compassion—in life and in conflict.”
HOW WE'LL WORK TOGETHER
Our sessions are designed to provide a balance of learning, reflection, and connection:
Assessment and Reflection
At the start of the program, you’ll complete an attachment assessment to better understand your personal patterns.
Weekly Preparation
Each week, you'll be assigned chapters to read from Secure Love by Julie Mennano, reflect, and submit questions or real-life challenges for discussion.
Collaborative Learning
You'll be encouraged to partner with another participant for deeper learning and accountability to discuss the reading outside our sessions.
Engaging Sessions
Each 90-minute session includes a structured lesson, interactive discussion, and coaching to support growth.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Each week blends personal reflection, guided coaching, and supplemental reading from Secure Love. You’ll begin to recognize patterns, build tools for secure relating, and deepen your connection with yourself and others.
Week 1 – Understanding Your Attachment Needs
Learn how secure and insecure attachment bonds influence your brain, behavior, and relationships. We’ll explore how your attachment system seeks safety—through protection or connection.
Week 4 – Creating an Attachment-Friendly Environment
Begin to create emotional safety through nervous system regulation, boundary setting, and secure communication. You’ll begin drafting a personal narrative around a real conflict.
Week 2 – How You Relate: Clarifying Your Patterns
Reflect on your attachment quiz results and deepen your understanding of how you seek closeness, safety, or distance in relationships. We’ll begin identifying your core patterns with curiosity, not judgment.
Week 5 – Repair and Relational Practice
Explore what makes repair feel meaningful and how to approach rupture with empathy and secure communication. You’ll share your personal narrative with the group and experience the power of being witnessed and validated in your story
Week 3 – Conflict as a Mirror: Understanding Triggers
Explore the anatomy of a trigger and how conflict activates your attachment system. Learn to recognize the meaning, emotion, and response patterns behind reactivity.
Week 6 – Integration & Secure Self-Leadership
You'll be invited to share your rewritten narrative and reflect on the shifts you've experienced. We’ll hold space for courageous expression and explore how to carry this work forward—with more clarity, compassion, and self-trust.
